Hiring local helps create jobs in a local economy.  The Muskegon Home, Garden + DIY Show taking place at Fricano’s Event Center this Friday and Saturday will showcase hometown business connections in an intimate setting.   This unique show brings back that positive feeling you get when working with local businesses, families, friends and neighbors.  Local businesses on display include, Keene Lumber, Quigley Drapery, Kohley’s Superior Water, Shepherd Shoreline Garage Doors, Redi-Rental, Lake Michigan Credit Union and many more.  Click here for a full list of exhibitors. NEW to this year’s show will be more elaborate displays such as landscaping designs by Mike Rose Landscaping and Double L. Enterprises; Décor Space provided by Blended Furniture and Wassermans’ Flowers; Wine Tasting by Tyler Sales, and Meijer outdoor patio and grills.

For those who want “do it yourself” education, you can join cooking and floral demonstrations, landscaping seminars and much more. Highlights include:
