GRAMMY® Award-winning singer, songwriter, and global superstar Shakira revealsthe new music video for “Trap” featuring Maluma today. It’s the latest single from her blockbuster eleventh album El Dorado—out now via Sony Music Latin.
Once again, she teamed up with longtime collaborator and visionary director Jaume de Laiguana for the cinematic visual. The black-and-white clip proves to be yet another epic video from the icon, instantly powerful and unforgettable.
Trap” has quickly become a fan favorite from El Dorado, clocking over 14 million Spotify streams and counting. The premiere of this clip will undoubtedly increase excitement once again!
Shakira teams up with Maluma again following the enormous success of their last video collaboration, “Chantaje“, which has racked up over 2 billion views on YouTube.
After winning the 2017 Latin GRAMMY® for “Best Contemporary Pop Vocal Album,” the record continues to strike gold! This Sunday January 28, Shakira is nominated at the 2018 GRAMMY® Awards in the category of “Best Latin Pop Album” for El Dorado.
