Grand Rapids, MI – This weekend at Devos you can find 1200 vintages in what could be the Midwest’s biggest wine tasting event. But there is another kind of vintage at the food and wine show this year, one you can’t drink.
In anticipation of this weekend’s Grand Rapids Antiques Market and the new November date, a miniature version of the show will “pop up” on Thursday and Friday at the Grand Rapids Wine & Food Festival.
“Vintage Christmas is huge, we want to show that off along with with food and wine related antiques like lace and Madeira tablecloths, unusual sterling silver serving pieces, stemware. We’ll have lots of gorgeous pieces!” said Melissa Sands of Vintage Promotions LLC, owner and promoter of the event. “Wine and food lovers have distinguished taste and love unique things. We’re excited to meet them.”
What’s it Worth? Bring your vintage costume and estate jewelry. They’ll be evaluating whole collections at the Grand Rapids Wine and Food and at the Grand Rapids Antiques Market over the weekend. A whole collection whether it’s a shoe box full or a dresser full. Bring it in. They are alway buying interesting in collections.
Find the Grand Rapids Antiques Market in the Grand Gallery by the RendezBREW cafe area. You can’t miss them.
