The menu of Creston Brewing goes for inclusion, featuring a variety of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and meat dishes that will please anyone. It’s the same for the beer as the brewmaster Scott Schultz (co-owner) promises to provide patrons with a full “beer rainbow”.
Mr. Schultz and the second co-owner, Vince Lambert are currently looking to expand the Creston Crew. They aim to make their brewery truly artistic by featuring works of local artists and providing them with an opportunity to sell their pieces. There are also plans to host live music events.
Considering the cozy atmosphere of the place, delicious beer and food, and a host of artistic entertainment, it can be said that Creston Brewing can turn into a hot-spot that will attract patrons from all over. Ample parking spots not far from the place are definitely welcome, and the owners claim to be working with the city to become more bike-friendly.
