With summer upon us, the clothes we wear might be a bit more revealing, especially in the mid-section. If you want to rock your swim trunks or that crop top, add this ab workout to your weekly routine. You can also take this workout to the park! While you’re at it, don’t underestimate the power of lengthening your muscles while you strengthen them! Boys and girls alike, benefit from including even just 15 minutes of yoga to their daily routine per day! Check out this relaxing routine that will be sure to get you ready to tackle your day!

Warmup:
1. Walk/Jog for about 10 minutes

Yoga Routine:
1. Mountain pose
2. Forward fold
3. Lunge
4. Plank
5. Chaturanga
6. Cobra
7. Downward Facing dog
8. Lunge
9. Chair
10. Forward fold
*Repeat starting at step #2 with opposite leg
*Perform 4-6 times total (which will be 2-3 times per leg)
*Make sure you hold each pose for a count of 3 inhales

AB Circuit:
Complete 2-3 rounds:
30 crunches with knees lifted
20 heels to heaven
30 flutter kicks
60 second plank hold
20 Spiderman plank crunches (10 each side)
30 heel taps
30 reverse crunches
30 second side plank hold on each side
20 superman’s with squeeze at the top
