To promote the album in the U.S. and PR, Royce hosted in-store events at seven locations (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Juan and Ponce, PR among others) and launched an unprecedented contest for consumers. All FIVE (deluxe version) physical albums come with a black tattoo but only five include golden tattoos. Fans who find the golden tattoos (along with their companions) receive a date with Royce. To the artist’s surprise the first golden tattoo winner who had ordered her album via Amazon, came in person, to the Chicago in-store to show Royce the tattoo. That very night, he invited her on a dinner date where they shared their experience on social media. The remaining four golden tattoos are yet to be found in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Royce will soon be traveling to Latin America and Europe to promote the his successful album.
As its title suggests, FIVE is Royce‘s fifth career album and his fourth bachata production. The album’s deluxe version contains 18 original songs written or co-written by the artist as well as produced by Royce, alongside D’Lesly “Dice” Lora, with whom he has collaborated on all his bachata albums. FIVE‘s standard version features 12 of the tracks. FIVE is preceded by three hit singles “Culpa Al Corazón“, “La Carretera” and “Moneda” and includes a plethora of wonderful collabs with Shakira, Zendaya, Chris Brown, SpiffTV, Farruko, Gente de Zona, Gerardo Ortíz and Arturo Sandoval.
Royce and
Shakira recently released latest single “
Deja Vu“, the fourth album single.
Royce joined forces with the global multi-platinum singer-songwriter to perform this song that will undoubtedly be one of the greatest hits of 2017.
