West Michigan – Hippity hop your way to one (or more) of West Michigan’s many Easter events. Being one of the biggest family friendly holidays of the year, Easter is the perfect time to get everybody together for fun filled day. Use this helpful guide to plan your Easter celebration, with everything from brunch to fun events to fill your day.

Brunch & Dinner

The JW Marriott and six.one.six in Grand Rapids welcome you and your family to their local inspired Easter Sunday Brunch on March 27th from 10am to 2:30pm. They have a wide menu for you to choose from, including buttermilk waffles, cured salmon and bagel, candy striped beet and dill canapé, and more. The cost is $37 for adults and $15 for children 4 to 12.

The Easter Buffet at Grill House Restaurant & Silo Banquets and Catering in Allegan will be March 27th with six reservation times between 11am and 1:30pm. They’ll be serving their traditional Silo Easter buffet. Cost is $32 for adults, $27 for seniors, $15 for kids 3 to 10, and kids 3 and under are free! Reservation is required.

Join FireKeepers in Battle Creek for an Easter brunch on March 27th from 10:30am to 4:30pm. Their chef’s offerings include a farmhouse breakfast station, chef’s station, market station, and a pastry and sweets table. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Three great Grand Rapids restaurants will be serving their delicious food on Easter. Grove will be offering Easter brunch from 11am to 3pmThe Green Well will be serving dinner and features all day from 11am to 8pm while Bistro Bella Vita will be doing the same from noon to 8pm. Look no further than one of these three Grand Rapids restaurants for your Easter day dining.

Henderson Castle in Kalamazoo will be open for Easter brunch on Sunday, March 27th from 11am to 3pm. Their chefs will be serving a special seven course brunch for you and your family. Reservations are required and tickets can be purchased at www.hendersoncastle.com.

Bay Pointe Inn in Shelbyville will have their Easter brunch on March 27th from 11am to 3pm. There will be live music in their Fireside room with a private buffet. The Terrace Grille will have a buffet as well, but they won’t have live music. This is a great family friendly brunch with live entertainment to boot!

On March 27th, join Double JJ Resort in Rothbury for their Easter brunch! Brunch will be served from 10:30am to 3pm and the Easter Bunny will be present during brunch. The cost is $25 for adults and $11 for kids 12 and under.

Schuler’s Restaurant & Pub in downtown historic Marshall is serving up a traditional Easter brunch and dinner with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny! Enjoy carved roast beef, prime rib, ham and whitefish, and many other delicious entrees. Breakfast offerings include eggs benedict, fruit-filled pancakes, french toast made with Schuler’s house-made cinnamon raisin bread, sausage, bacon and more. Brunch hours are 9:30am until 3pm and dinner hours are 2pm to 6pm. Reservations are recommended.

Egg Hunts

The Saugatuck-Douglas Convention & Visitors Bureau has a lineup of fun Easter activities for you and your family. They’ll have their Easter Egg Hunt & Hat Parade onMarch 27th at 1pm in downtown Douglas.

The Olde World Village in Augusta is hosting their Easter Egg Hunt on March 26th at 10am. This annual tradition at The Olde World Village is their way of saying thank you to their community and friends. This is a free event and is open to children 12 and under. Age groups will begin being let in at 11am. Don’t forget to get your picture with the Easter Bunny while you’re there!

Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville will be hosting a huge Easter Egg Hunt with over 3,000 eggs. Find the Golden egg and win an Easter basket full of fun! The hunt begins at 10am sharp, so follow the signs on Mountain Center Road, and happy hunting!

Downtown Market Grand Rapids will host a family Easter Egg Hunt on March 27th. Make sure to grab some locally grown food while you’re out searching for eggs!

The Ludington Area CVB will have an Easter Egg Hunt at Jaycees on Saturday, March 26th. Check their website for more news to come soon!

Events

St. Joseph Today will host their 4th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza on March 26thfrom 11am to 5pm. This event is in partnership with The Silver Beach Carousel. There will be more details to come so keep posted on their website as well as WMTA.org.

The Easter Craft & Vendor Show in Kalamazoo will be on March 26th from 9am to 3pm at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center. It will feature a wide variety of vendors with their unique crafts, gifts, and jewelry. Admission and parking are free.

The Grand Rapids Downtown Market will be hosting their family event, FEAST-ER, on March 26th from 10am to 12pm. This event has you and your family bonding by working as a team to create meals that the whole family can devour. Even More Easter Fun

Double JJ Resort in Rothbury has a fun Easter weekend planned for you and your family. The Easter Bunny will be greeting kids and handing out goodie bags onMarch 26th from 10am to 1pm. After 1pm, there will be two Easter egg hunts as well as a variety of other activities.

Boyne Mountain in Boyne Falls kicks off the Easter fun with events for the whole family including an Easter Egg hunt, the Easter Bunny, coloring contests, and brunch. Your family can also enjoy the wide variety of other activities that Boyne Mountain typically offers such as their waterpark, live music, ziplining, and more. Celebrate Easter with the Holland Visitors Bureau and their extensive lineup of activities. On March 19th & 26th, visit the Easter Bunny at Tip Toes. Also on March 26th, check out Bunny Hop! at Cappon House Museum or the Easter Egg Hunt at Dunton Park or the Aquatic Center. Hungry? Enjoy an Easter brunch at Waterfront Restaurant (reservation required) or AlpenRose Restaurant (reservation recommended). Whatever you’re looking for on Easter, Holland has you covered!

The Grand Haven Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud to have two Easter Egg Hunts and a Easter brunch buffet for you and your family. The Easter Egg Hunts are in Grand Haven and Spring Lake.
