La noche del domingo quedará grabada en la historia del cine con el anuncio de los premios Oscar 2024, y las estrellas más brillantes del mundo del entretenimiento no decepcionaron. Con una emocionante lista de nominados, la ceremonia dejó a los espectadores ansiosos por descubrir quiénes serían los afortunados ganadores.

La película “Oppenheimer” se alzó con el codiciado premio a la Mejor Película, coronándose como la gran triunfadora de la noche. Dirigida magistralmente por Christopher Nolan, la cinta también obtuvo reconocimiento en múltiples categorías, incluyendo Mejor Director para Nolan, Mejor Actor para Cillian Murphy y Mejor Actor de Reparto para Robert Downey Jr. Además, fue galardonada en categorías técnicas como Mejor Fotografía, Mejor Banda Sonora Original y Mejor Montaje.

Uno de los momentos más sorprendentes de la noche fue cuando Emma Stone recibió el premio a la Mejor Actriz por su destacada interpretación en “Poor Things”. La película también se destacó en las categorías de diseño de vestuario, diseño de producción y maquillaje y peinado.

En la categoría de Mejor Actriz de Reparto, Da’Vine Joy Randolph se llevó el premio por su conmovedora actuación en “The Holdovers”. Mientras tanto, la animación japonesa “The Boy and the Heron” y la película francesa “The Zone of Interest” fueron reconocidas como Mejor Película Animada y Mejor Película Internacional, respectivamente.

La gala también celebró a los talentosos músicos, con Billie Eilish y Finneas O’Connell ganando el premio a la Mejor Canción Original por su conmovedor tema “What Was I Made For?” de la película “Barbie”.

En cuanto al guion, Justine Triet y Arthur Harari fueron honrados con el premio al Mejor Guión Original por “Anatomy of a Fall”, mientras que Cord Jefferson se llevó el premio al Mejor Guión Adaptado por “American Fiction”.

Con “Oppenheimer” liderando las nominaciones con 13 menciones, seguida de cerca por “Poor Things”, “Killers of the Flower Moon” y “Barbie”, los Oscars 2024 demostraron ser una noche de celebración del talento cinematográfico en su máxima expresión.

La ceremonia, que tuvo lugar en el Teatro Dolby en Hollywood, fue transmitida en vivo por ABC, y contó con la aclamada presencia de Jimmy Kimmel como anfitrión. Además, antes del inicio de la gala, una marcha por la liberación de Palestina interrumpió el tráfico en Los Ángeles, recordándonos que el arte y la cultura a menudo se entrelazan con eventos de importancia global.
