West Michigan Latino Organizations Join Forces to Help Flint Water Crisis

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedinmail

In the wake of the Flint water crisis, the city’s residents are left without the proper and clean drinking water they need to survive. This includes numerous citizens in the Hispanic community. Though, unlike the rest of the general public who are receiving generous donations of bottled water, there are individuals in the Hispanic community who are being denied support due to their lack of proper identification. Those who cannot afford to purchase filtered drinking water for their families are relying solely upon the graciousness of others to help them during this disaster.
